This policy describes how Buildiante handles information when your organization (“you”) uses the Buildiante platform, and when a visitor browses this website. If anything here is unclear, the fastest way to get a straight answer is to email hello@buildiante.com.
What we collect
Account and workspace data you or your team enter directly — project records, cost data, schedules, field reports, and the profile information needed to run role-based access (name, email, role). If you use the contact form, we collect what you submit there (name, email, company, and message) to respond to you.
How we use it
To operate the platform for your organization, to respond to support and sales requests, and to keep the service secure and working as intended. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your project data to train models without your explicit agreement.
Tenant isolation
Buildiante is multi-tenant: every customer's data is scoped to their organization and enforced at the database layer with Postgres row-level security, in addition to application-level checks. Details are on the Security page.
Your choices
You can request a copy of, or the deletion of, data associated with your account or organization by emailing hello@buildiante.com. We will respond and work with you on timing that respects any records your organization is legally required to retain (for example, safety incident records).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date above and, for active customers, tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice.
