These terms cover use of the Buildiante platform by an organization (“you”) and its authorized users. A signed order form or subscription agreement between you and Buildiante takes precedence over this page where the two differ. Questions go to hello@buildiante.com.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data your organization enters and for who on your team holds which role. Buildiante enforces role-based permissions server-side, but it's your organization's responsibility to assign roles appropriately.

Your data

Project, cost, schedule, and field data you put into Buildiante remains yours. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train models without your explicit agreement. If your subscription ends, you can request an export of your data.

Acceptable use

Don't use Buildiante to store or process data you don't have the right to store, attempt to bypass tenant isolation or access controls, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available and to give notice before changes that affect how you use it. Specific uptime and support commitments, where they apply, are set out in your order form or subscription agreement rather than here.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and notify active customers directly.
